Trump announced that David Shulkin, the current Under Secretary of Health for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, will head the VA.

Regarding Russian hacking, Trump said that he thinks Russia hacked the election process along with other countries.  But he blamed the DNC for allowing themselves to be hacked.

As regards to Obamacare, Trump said that he could have let the program fall flat in 2017 and use the failure as an example, but instead he will continue with he repeal and replace plan.
