Rep. King Calls for Prosecution of WikiLeaks Founder Julian Assange, Lieberman Also Condemns
Rep.  Pete King says the latest round of WikiLeaks “manifests Mr. Assange’s purposeful intent to damage not only our national interests in fighting the war on terror, but also undermines the very safety of coalition forces in Iraq and Afghanistan.” For this, King asked Hilary Clinton to designate WikiLeaks as a Foreign Terrorist Organization.

Sen. Joe Lieberman didn't go quite that far, saying, that WikLeaks is "not al-Qaeda," and doesn't deserve that designation. Lieberman did issue some pretty harsh statements of condemnation, however:
I... urge the Obama Administration -- both on its own and in cooperation with other responsible governments around the world -- to use all legal means necessary to shut down Wikileaks before it can do more damage by releasing additional cables. Wikileaks’ activities represent a shared threat to collective international security.
