Whose Votes Are On The Table?

Jay Cost has a great, if complicated, list of which Democrats might flip their votes from yea to nay, and nay to yay, for the upcoming health care vote which could allow the Senate to proceed on reconciliation. He won't say whether he thinks the votes exist, but he does give some insight into which politicians might be persuaded.
