Playing off the Barbara Boxer "Could you say Senator instead of Ma'am?" quip, Chuck DeVore's campaign came up with an ingenious video comparing Boxer to Dr. Evil. DeVore is a Republican running for Boxer's Senate seat in 2010. A state assemblyman, DeVore resigned as California's Chief Republican Whip over a $12 billion per year tax increase recently agreed to by other California Republicans.
