Pretty boilerplate stuff, but noteworthy for its hard focus on the incumbent -- a tactic from which some other possible challengers have shied away thus far.  Speaking of pulling punches, Hot Air's Tina Korbe reports that Tim Pawlenty is leaning against dropping his newly-coined "Obamneycare" bomb during tonight's debate.  A courteous homage to Reagan's eleventh commandment, or a self-defeating show of restraint from a candidate polling in the low single digits?
