Here's a short video I put together over the weekend. Whether you are pro-life or pro-abortion, there's no way you can deny that Obama and Pelosi are lying. Unfortunately, the political game guarantees that more people will hear the lies from our President and Speaker of the House than those who will see the abortion clause in the bill. Well, here's a chance to see it for yourself:

Of course abortion would be covered by a government health care system. How could it deny any legal procedure ordered by a ones doctor? They couldn't even deny coverage if it were a pre-existing condition. If we have the "right" to health insurance nothing can be denied.

The bill calls for a portion of EVERYONE's premiums to be collected by the insurance companies and pooled for abortion coverage. Now, admittedly which version of the bill calls for that is subject to quesiton, but I'm taking that info from dskerman, who posted the exact verbiage on this site earlier last week. You know dskerman? He's a Marxist, too.

Believe me, they will oppose abortion. Last fall, the College of Cardinals discussed the probabilitiy of closing down the catholic health care system if forced to perform abortions or end of life services which disagreed with the Catholic faith.

I'm not getting into the debate on whether or not the bill should pass or what problems there would be. Just pointing out that the claim that taxpayers like you and me will be paying for abortion is false, and everyone should stop arguing about it.

My last trip was quite enlightening. It was on a Friday afternoon at the end of the month. I usually register my car on line and for some reason had failed to do so. At around 1:30 that Friday I realized my error and quickly was off to the MVA. I knew there would be a long wait but I also knew that they were supposed to be open until 4:30 so I had time. When I got there the line was long. Two MVA workers came out to tell us that we would most likely not be taken today as there were hundreds of people already inside waiting. Many scurried...

The fact of the matter is we the american tax payers are already subsidizing abortions through planned parenthood and have been for years. Adopting this bill will open the flood gates on the money flowing through.

Still comes back to if this crap isn't good enough for the elected officials then why on earth should it ever be good enough for us. They won't sign onto this health care for a reason - it sucks

Have tried everything---called in an electrician, even a surgeon, but the darned thing just keeps sounding its alarm. That is indeed what we need in any healthcare bill. But again I go back to my previous post this bill is just a load of crap from one end to another.

BTW Lily, the AP is definitely not unbiased when reporting on this stuff they are just as left leaning as the rest of the lamestream media. Thankfully they added the above statement which is what prolifers like myself have been saying all along. But the Stupak amendment is that amendment...

I have had 3 different insurances in the past 20+ years of empoyment and not one of those plans covers abortion. Can you give an example of any insurance company that covers abortion. Because that is what this article is stating that there are millions of women that currently have insurance that covers abortion that if the stupak amendment were adopted...

News flash for Obama -

Opposition to the Senate bill that funds abortions has increased to 53-42 percent, an 11 percentage point margin against the bill. That begins to erase some of the bounce Obama and top Democrats received from the White House health care summit.

The Rasmussen poll notes just 20% Strongly Favor the government-run health care plan while 41% are Strongly Opposed.

However, taxpayer money does NOT support abortion in the new health care plan. Yes, the government pays for it. But the government gets the money from private subsidies who pool their money to donate it for that specific purpose and (if they keep the public option) from insurance premiums. Meaning the insurance premiums paid by people who opt to have the procedure covered in their own plan. The average taxpayer will not be funding abortions. While I disagree with abortion, it is legal and as such the government has to make a provision for it. That's just what...

I lost my full time job last July 1st and with it our family's health insurance.

Because my husband is a small business man. Not insurance benefit's there.

Now we're on bc/bs and the cost for a really LOUSY policy is staggering. Just awful. Add in my lost wages and, well, we can pay it but it really hurts.

I'm not paying over $400 a month for insurance and I am a healthy woman who makes very little use of medical care. That's just me. My husband is less but nearly that much. That's over $700 a month we pay and we will never...
