(b) REPORT.—Not later than December 31, 2013, the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall submit to Congress a report containing the results of the study conducted under subsection (a), including recommendations for legislation or administrative action to increase the use of electronic health records by small health care providers that include the use of both public and private funding sources.
There was talk about using a program developed by an entity if TIDES foundation that is being pushed on doctors and facilities in CA. You remember, TIDES founder bailed out embezzler Rathke and funnels most of its funds to Pro-abortion groups and LGBT groups for education on their issues. Lots of money goes to Acorn affiliates too....

Still lets states decide abortion coverage - still only says no subsidies for illegal, not no coverage for illegals - trying to be tricky still.
New - $5,000,000,000 to pay claims against the high risk pool and the Secretary shall make such adjustments
as are necessary to eliminate such deficit, including reducing benefits, increasing premiums, or establishing waiting lists.
Still has $10,000,000,000 for retiree reinsurance fund - payback to the unions.
Still this -
SEC. 240. DISSEMINATION OF ADVANCE CARE PLANNING
2 INFORMATION. - has this section -
(3) shall not promote suicide, assisted suicide, euthanasia, or mercy killing.
But then says: (3) NO PREEMPTION OF STATE LAW.—Nothingin this section shall be...

This is new age for 'children' - 27?
‘SEC. 2703. REQUIRING THE OPTION OF EXTENSION OF DEPENDENT COVERAGE FOR UNINSURED YOUNG ADULTS
‘‘(b) QUALIFIED CHILD DEFINED.—In this section, the term ‘qualified child’ means, with respect to a participant in a group health plan or group health insurance coverage, an individual who (but for age) would be treated as a dependent child of the participant under such plan or coverage and who ‘‘(1) is under 27 years of age; and ‘‘(2) is not enrolled as a participant, beneficiary, or enrollee (other than under this section, section 2746, or section 704 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974) under any health insurance coverage or group health plan.

since the Pelosi crew decided to meet behind locked doors there could be no input into this latest version of the Healthcare Control and Spending Bill. Oh, that isn't what they call it, they should because that is what it is. They have determined to ram this garbage through no matter what and now they have CHANGED THE EFFECTIVE DATE to next year because they are afraid that if they left the dates for the mandates to take effect (taxes were always going to start immediately)until 2013, they would never go into effect since the new congress in 2010 would repeal this sham and restore our true freedom of choice.
Notice this still does not deny Abortion coverage with federal funds because it defers to State mandates again.

"val" the RACIST, is not intelligent enuf' to digest your effort at 7:04pm. Besides being a RACIST extraordinaire, she has fifth grade mentality, and a vocabulary to match. Never met a word she couldn't misspell. "Angus" shes dumb as dirt, but shes good at destroying the black family. Her policies have been responsible for denying black children the same educational opportunities as white children. Her policies have been responsible for black children growing up without a father present. Dooming them to generation after generation of living in poverty, and being perpetual wards of the State. The KKK could not have done a more efficient job of destroying the black family. "val" the RACIST, extraordinaire. Great job, "val".

Pointing out facts to leftwingnuts like Val is like exposing Super Man to kryptonite, like putting a salad in front of Micheal Moore, or like putting Maddow in a room full of Naked men, facts and statism just dont go together.... it will more productive to try and explain calculus to your cat than it waste your time trying to have an intellectually honest debate with these folks...

"if you people had a plan then lets roll-put your money where your mouth is and put the two plans side by side.
Seems you, like your leadership are afriad to do so."
Really? Is it the GOP that has been keeping HR 2520 in committee since May? Meanwhile, the Dems were forcing a vote on their bill before it was even written. More importantly, the Dems have full control over floor debate on healthcare (or anything). If they wanted to put HR 2520 up against their plans, they could have done so at any point since May 20. Besides, the GOP isn't afraid of the debate for the simple fact that they have nothing to lose. Dems do, though.

you mean like the GOP ideas I put in my very first post? Please skippy, all I have been saying is that if you people had a plan then lets roll-put your money where your mouth is and put the two plans side by side.
Seems you, like your leadership are afriad to do so.
You point doesn't count-seems Mr. Boehner and I would be on agreement on that.

You've been yapping on and on about how there have been no ideas, no bills put forth by Republicans. Well I pointed one out and now you're ignoring that because it wasn't the minority leader's. Why does that not count? What's more is that he was asked if the GOP's plan was to have one Republican plan (as if the Dems have had one solid plan all this time). That's a dumb question in it's own right. Up against a huge Dem majority, why would he expect a Republican plan to pass?

and I didn't cherry pick anything as at first I was going to post the entire executive summary but I am going to give you benefit of the doubt of having read it. So if we can agree that yes its bill then how can you possibly reconcile what the gop leadership did this mornings-
"At a press conference this morning, a reporter turned the tables on Boehner and asked whether he’d post the GOP plan for 72 hours. Boehner declined to make such a pledge:
QUESTION: Will the Republicans put their alternative online for 72 hours as well?
BOEHNER: Uh, we’ll uh, we’ll have our ideas ready. Don’t worry.
Why won’t Bohner post the GOP plan? Because he doesn’t have one. Later in the press conference, this minor detail was...

Is that a bill or not?
Secondly, how are the GOP running from this bill? The answer is, they're not. Because there's much more to it than what you cherry-picked.

after you examine them perhaps then you will be so kind as to ewxplain why the Gop are running away from this thing as fast as they can.
Patients' Choice Act - Requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) to convene an interagency coordinating committee to develop a national strategic plan for prevention. Provides for health promotion and disease prevention activities consistent with such plan. Sets forth provisions governing the establishment and operation of state-based health care exchanges to facilitate the individual purchase of private health insurance and the creation of a market where private health plans compete for enrolles based on price and quality. Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow a refundable...

Again, HR 2520 is a bill. It's not an amendment (perhaps you have that confused with HR 3438). It was introduced on May 20, 2009. Where is it? Who decides what becomes of it? From the bill:
"Mr. RYAN of Wisconsin (for himself and Mr. NUNES) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committee on Ways and Means, for a period to be subsequently
determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned"
http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h111-2520
That's been in committee since May. Do you really think a Boehner bill is gonna get a committee vote before...

"What ya going to do when the Dem's health bill passes?"
I made it clear for you: No health bill is now going to pass. Now, don't you forget I toilet you so.

"You saw the Tea Parties. Now you'll see the GOP filibuster; the worst Pelosi/Reid nightmare since Reid gave her swine"
If the "filibuster" is anything like the "tea parties" then this is as good as done deal for Obama, Nancy and Harry. Funny how the only person even talking about such a thing is an independent-I guess that's cause the GOP nows they don't have the number to pull that off. Better hope joe doesn't make harry go for reconciliation instead.
Snicker.
Where the GOP bill loser? No Bill, and no walnuts. Typical GOP shill-not a man amongst the lot of ya.
