Democrat Sen. Harry Reid just announced that a debt ceiling deal will go before the House and Senate Monday.
GOP Sen. Mitch McConnell said Republicans have a conference meeting tomorrow morning to discuss the framework of the legislation that has so far been agreed upon by the negotiators, but that he has a "high degree of confidence" that it is "a framework to review that will ensure significant cuts in Washington spending."
Senate Democrats will also meet tomorrow morning, CSPAN reports.
The Senate will come back in 10:30 am tomorrow.
