Rick Santorum Fields Audience Questions at CPAC

Rumored 2012 presidential candidate and former Sen. Rick Santorum spoke at CPAC today and took several questions from members of the audience.  Santorum reaffirmed that he believes the first priority of the federal government is national security/defense.
