VA Attorney General Officially Files For Expedited Review of ObamaCare

As promised, the Virginia Attorney General's office has officially filed a request asking that the Supreme Court expedite the lawsuit against ObamaCare.

“Currently, state governments and private businesses are being forced to expend enormous amounts of resources to prepare to implement a law that, in the end, may be declared unconstitutional," said Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli in press release earlier this month.  "Regardless of whether you believe the law is constitutional or not, we should all agree that a prompt resolution of this issue is in everyone’s best interest.”

In Chuck Schumer's world, the three branches of government (he defined as House, Senate, and president) may have failed at repealing ObamaCare, but thank heavens the rest of us haven't forgotten about the judiciary.
