Kellyanne Gives Comey Her Own Nickname After Book Allegations

Echoing the sentiments of President Trump, White House Counselor Kellyanne Conway told the press she is not impressed by James Comey's latest media foray. Comey gave an interview to ABC's George Stephanopoulos, part of which aired Friday morning, to discuss his new book, "A Higher Loyalty." Perhaps unsurprisingly, it was full of allegations intended to make Trump look utterly ridiculous.

The president is "ego driven and about personal loyalty” and is "untethered to the truth," Comey claims.

His bitterness can be easily explained. Comey, the former FBI director who found himself in the middle of both the Hillary Clinton email investigation and the Russian collusion probe, was fired by Trump last year for his apparent mishandling of both.

He has now proven himself to be nothing more than a "disgruntled employee" who is spinning his short tenure in the Trump administration to sell books, according to Conway.

Conway's dismissal of Comey was pretty harsh, but it was still nothing compared to the president's diatribe this morning.
