Clinton Camp 'Pleased' With Comey's Announcement

Hillary Clinton Press Secretary Brian Fallon has responded to FBI Director's announcement Tuesday morning that the agency will not be pursuing charges against the former secretary of state for her controversial use of a private server.

Yet, Fallon and Clinton's team should stop short of celebrating, considering Comey also noted how "careless" her behavior was during her tenure in the State Department. Voters aren't likely to ignore it.

The investigation will be referred to the Department of Justice.
