Green Party nominee Jill Stein's quest for a recount in Pennsylvania is over: a federal judge has blocked the recount effort. Donald Trump was declared the winner of Pennsylvania's 20 Electoral College votes in a surprise upset on Election Day. Trump won the Keystone State by about 45,000 votes.

Stein had requested and fundraised for recounts in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Michigan's recount was blocked, and Wisconsin's nearly-completed recount did not change the outcome of their election.
