The day after finishing fifth in the South Carolina Republican Primary, Ohio Gov. John Kasich has signed a bill to defund Planned Parenthood in the state of Ohio.

While the bill doesn't specifically say "Planned Parenthood," it prohibits federal funding that is used for HIV testing, breast and cervical cancer screening, and prevention of violence against women from going to companies that also perform abortions. This legislation concerns $1.3 million.
Ohio is now the 10th state to restrict funding to Planned Parenthood.
