there's a significant problem with the "Slaughter Solution": It's unconstitutional.

It's just one more thing for wavering House Democrats to keep in mind.  Imagine supporting the health care bill, losing your seat because of it, and then learning it was all for nothing -- that is, if a bill obtained through the "Slaughter Solution" gets struck down as McConnell predicts.
