The New York Times Isn't Alone
Sep 23, 2008 10:01 PM EST
The day after Steve Schmidt called out The New York Times for
being 150% "in the tank" for Barack Obama, two reminders come from Newsbusters that The New York Times may not be alone.
First, a woman quoted in a Sarasota paper as refusing to vote for Barack because he's black
denies having said any such thing -- and the reporter concedes that he never talked to the woman personally.
What's more, the AP reporter responsible for a piece
criticizing Governor Palin for excluding journalists from her meetings with foreign leaders (but conveniently overlooking the fact that Barack did the same thing) has herself
been a supporter of left wing 527 organization America Coming Together.
Anyone who expects balanced coverage from the MSM -- any criticism of Obama, any praise of Palin -- is smoking something . . . and it's not cigarettes.
