(CNN) - Speaking to the Portsmouth Rotary Club Thursday, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney called on the president to end the debt crisis.
"Come on, Mr. President," said the Republican presidential candidate. "You can, by yourself, cut spending, agree to cut spending, cap the spending and put in place a balanced budget amendment."
