The University of Virginia's Larry Sabato shifted the race between freshman Democratic Rep. Walt Minnick and GOP nominee Raul Labrador from "tossup" to "leans Republican," in "The Crystal Ball's Final Calls," published online on Thursday.

Sabato also said GOP Gov. Butch Otter is "likely" to defeat Democrat Keith Allred.
