Rodman Apologizes for Bae Comments: "I Had Been Drinking"

Former NBA player Dennis Rodman apologized for his comments insinuating American missionary Kenneth Bae was at fault for his North Korean imprisonment. "I embarrassed a lot of people. I'm very sorry. At this point I should know better than to make political statements. I'm truly sorry," according to Rodman's Thursday statement. He also said he had been drinking, and was overwhelmed at the time of the CNN interview.
