Federal Court: Trump Can't Ban Transgender People From Military

It looks like Trump's desire to ban transgender military members from serving will not play out well in the federal courts. According to the New York Post, a federal court in Washington is barring the president from changing the government's policy to allow transgender individuals to serve in the military. Back in August, Trump announced he wanted to undo the Obama-era policy. U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly noted that transgender people who sued will most likely win their lawsuits.
