The Senate Republicans’ plan to repeal and replace has stalled and appears to be pushed out past the 4th of July Weekend. All it took was a few Republican holdouts. Avid Roy, co-founder and president of the Foundation for Research on Equal Opportunity, and Tom Price, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, explained the healthcare situation with Hugh Hewitt.
