President Donald Trump will be announcing his pick to fill the Supreme Court seat left vacant with the passing of Justice Antonin Scalia at 8 p.m. Eastern. Trump is expected to appoint Justice Neil Gorsuch, but Justice Thomas Hardiman is another finalist.
