An Excellent Pregame Tribute

At the end of their pregame show last night, Fox Sports presented a spectacular reading of the Declaration of Independence featuring various football players, members of our armed services, students, and small businesses. While nearly everyone is familiar with the “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal” clause, the full introduction is as potent and brilliant as ever (and perhaps even more so). It can hardly be described more aptly than it was by the Fox Sports commentator: “…a timeless masterpiece that reminds us who we are as a people and what we stand for.” For your viewing pleasure:
