BREAKING: Multiple Deaths & Injuries as Driver Mows Down Crowd in Germany

Early reports out of Muenster, Germany indicate that a driver of a van has plowed into a crowd of people, leaving a scene of chaos and destruction. So far, 30 injuries are reported but that number is expected to rise. According to media reports, at least three have died as a result of being struck by the moving vehicle. Authorities have not determined who is responsible at this time.
