A far-Left climate change protestor lost a battle after confronting Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) during an event at Harvard University School on Friday.
The incident occurred just moments after a group of woke climate alarmists interrupted Manchin’s talk, calling him a “sick f***” because he supported natural gas pipelines.
A video posted to social media shows an extreme activist approaching Manchin while the Democrat was speaking on a round-table panel.
“Joe Manchin, you sold our futures and got rich doing it," the protester, from the group Climate Defiance, said. "You sick f---. How dare you?"
Manchin immediately stood up and got in the face of the protester. However, before anything could happen, the senator’s sides intervened.
“You sold our futures," the man continued to say before Manchin’s aides pushed him to the ground.
Manchin could then be heard asking the activist if he wanted to sit down and talk.
“I'm not going to sit down," one activist shouted. "You've received more funding from fossil fuels from any other senator."
“You've made millions, you've made millions out of your position. You drive a Maserati," another tells Manchin.

The incident started when a climate activist called Manchin a “sick f**k” to his face.

The climate activists specifically questioned Manchin over the Mountain Valley Pipeline, in which the senator played a key part in securing the pipeline in the Fiscal Responsibility Act.
