Thought Thanksgiving was safe from the left’s radical, gender-conforming agenda? Think again.
This year, Macy’s iconic Thanksgiving Day parade is taking a woke approach as it plans to feature musical acts by non-binary performers.

Shucked stars Alex Newell, a biological male, who won a Tony Award this year for his performance in the female role of Lulu. Newell, who uses “he/she/they” pronouns, has identified as a male in the past, describing himself as “a little black gay boy from Massachusetts” in a 2016 interview. However, Newell has worn women’s clothes in recent public appearances, dressed in a simmering gold ball gown for the Tonys. & Juliet — a jukebox musical riff on Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet — features actor Justin David Sullivan, who also identifies as “non-binary.” In the stage musical, Sullivan plays the role of “May,” a “non-binary” friend of Juliet.
According to a May Washington Post— KFF poll, the majority of Americans oppose the progressive transgender movement.
Fifty-seven percent of adults said a person’s gender is determined at birth, while 43 percent believe a person’s sex can be chosen later in life.
The Pew Research Center found that a stunning 60 percent of Americans say that a person’s gender is determined by the sex assigned at birth, up from 54 percent in 2017.
In recent years, the debate on transgender and identity issues has divided the country in irreparable ways.
As polls show that the majority of Americans oppose the government’s push on gender identity, Republicans have fought to keep the issue at bay by imposing laws prohibiting access to puberty blockers and hormone treatments for children and teenagers. They have also gone to great lengths to protect women’s sports and minors from being indoctrinated in classrooms.
As Democrats continue to push its indoctrination, many argue the left is harming children by telling them it’s acceptable to not want to be in the body God gave them.
This will not be the first time the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade has introduced transgender characters into its show.
In 2021, transgender singer Kim Petras marked the annual parade’s first-ever transgender celebrity.
