Biden’s Poll Numbers Reach a Dangerous New Low

President Joe Biden’s re-election campaign is not looking as strong as Democrats hoped for as enthusiasm for the president dips to a new low.

According to a recent Quinnipiac poll, only 51 percent of Democrat voters indicated they would not vote for Biden in 2024, while just 46 percent of respondents said they strongly support the president or view him as their top choice.

His sinking polling numbers suggest winning the White House in 2024 will be an uphill battle.

On issues, Americans’s support regarding the ongoing war with Russia is beginning to decline. Forty-three percent of respondents praised Biden for handling the Ukraine conflict, while 51 percent disapproved.

In addition, as prices climb and Bidenflation still wreaks havoc on the U.S., a whopping 60 percent of Americans expressed dissatisfaction with the economy's trajectory compared with just 35 percent who approve.

Meanwhile, only 40 percent of respondents do not believe Biden was involved with his son Hunter Biden’s shady overseas business dealings. However, more than half of Americans agreed that the president had something to do with his son’s corrupt dealings in China.

On the contrary, voters' loyalty to former President Trump has remained steady.

Nearly 70 percent of respondents said they would vote for Trump in 2024, while 29 percent of pro-Trump respondents said they could be persuaded to choose another candidate.

"Clearly, loyalty to the two leading candidates in the primaries for president is not written in stone. Roughly one-third of Trump’s voters might walk away from him and roughly half from Biden,” Tim Malloy, the Quinnipiac University polling expert, said.

A new CNN poll found that Biden’s chances at another four years in the White House look bleak as he faces negative job ratings and concerns about his age.

Biden’s favorability rating is just 35 percent, while his job approval rating is 39 percent. Fifty-eight percent say his policies have worsened economic conditions in the U.S., and 51 percent believe the government should be doing more to solve the nation’s problems.

The CNN survey also found that nearly 60 percent of respondents have a negative outlook on Biden, and less than 45 percent of voters believe the president cares about the American people.

One of the most shocking findings is that almost 70 percent of Democrat voters want an alternative nominee other than Biden on the ballot, arguing the 80-year-old president does not have what it takes to remain in office another four years.
