Democrat leaders are doing their best to paint Judge Amy Coney Barrett as an evil threat to everyone’s rights, engaging in a full-blown fear mongering campaign against President Trump’s nominee to replace the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) claimed that a vote to confirm Judge Barrett is a vote to take away healthcare for “millions,” and former Vice President Joe Biden said that Judge Barrett would eliminate coverage for individuals with pre-existing conditions. Though Judge Barrett has previously voiced her opposition to Obamacare during her time on the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, there is no effort to take away coverage for pre-existing conditions.
The American people should make no mistake:

A vote by any Senator for Judge Amy Coney Barrett is a vote to eliminate health care for millions in the middle the COVID-19 pandemic.
Democrats are fighting for Americans' health care.
President Trump keeps promising to protect Americans with pre-existing conditions, but the truth is he’s in Court trying to rip their protections away.

And now, he’s trying to jam through the confirmation of a Justice who will help him get it done.
We can’t let him win.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) called the pair of Democrats on their fear mongering, and wrongful claims about Judge Barrett:
McConnell on Dem scare tactics: "Our 77-year-old male former Vice President and our 69-year-old male Senate Democratic Leader have tried to inform American women that this 48-year-old working mom wants to roll back her own rights as a woman."

Democrats can do virtually nothing to stop Judge Barrett’s ascension to the highest court in the land, and her qualifications speak for themselves.
