You Won't Believe How Many Crimes This Illegal Alien Allegedly Committed

In recent months, Townhall has covered how illegal aliens have been arrested in connection with many violent crimes. This includes rape and murder. In one case in Houston, Texas, two illegal aliens were arrested in connection with the murder of a 12-year-old girl named Jocelyn Nungaray. Both suspects had their bail set at $10 million. The two illegals reportedly lured the girl under a bridge and assaulted her for hours before she was killed.

In some cases, the illegal aliens arrested for violent crimes are released and commit offenses again and again.

An illegal alien from Venezuela with suspected gang ties has allegedly committed 22 crimes in six months in New York City. He has yet to be deported.

According to a report from Fox News, Daniel Hernandez Martinez, 30, who is suspected of being a member of Tren de Aragua, was first encountered by U.S. Border Patrol in January 2023 in Texas.

Agents reportedly sent him back to Mexico under Title 42.

However, Martinez made it across the border again and made it to the Big Apple. There, he went off on a six month crime spree where he committed 22 crimes in six months (via Fox News):

He was arrested and released eight times for alleged crimes that included attacks on two police officers and three strangers before ICE took him into custody.

According to the New York Post, in July 2023, Martinez was in the process of stealing a bag of potato chips and toothpaste when he was confronted by an undercover officer. He was arrested after he threatened the cop and brandished a knife. However, he was released without bail and the charges were dropped.

In August 2023, NYPD arrested Martinez for assault when he “grabbed a stranger by the hair, dragged her across the floor and kicked her,” before smashing her phone. Those charges were dismissed.

Six days later, NYPD arrested Martinez for possession of stolen property, along with other charges, after he stole a metal pipe to steal bicycles in Times Square.

Two days later, arrested Martinez for assaulting a police officer while being treated at Beth Israel Hospital. Martinez pleaded guilty to the assault.

Martinez was reportedly supposed to be deported in June of this year, which did not happen. He is in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody in Buffalo, New York.
