Mitt Romney Faces Down Unruly Airline Passenger

A spokesperson for former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney reports the governor and his wife were on a flight out of Vancouver when Romney was threatened by an unruly airline passenger.

According to spokesman Eric Fehrnstrom, Romney and his wife were on an Air Canada flight to Los Angeles yesterday when he asked the passenger sitting in front of his wife to raise his seat back before take off.

Apparently the request angered the passenger who  took a swing at Romney.  Fehrnstrom reported that the former governor didn't retaliate and let the airline crew manage the unruly passenger.  The Romneys had been in Vancouver to take in the opening ceremonies of the Olympic Winter Games.

On a personal note, I'd like to thank Governor Romney for being a fellow rule follower/enforcer when it comes to air travel.
