SOTU: Obama Announces Plan for New Jobs Bill

President Obama has announced that "jobs must be our number one focus in 2010," and is calling on Congress to send him a new jobs bill. Obama's plan includes taking $30 billion in repaid Wall Street bailout funds to create "small business loans" and a small business "tax credit" for one million companies to create jobs.

More jobs are to be created in the "clean energy" industry and the president is calling on Congress to give tax breaks to companies in the U.S. that create jobs.
