I mean, this is just predictable. Two-thousand former Obama Department of Justice officials want Attorney General William Barr gone. They alleged political interference. Nope. You can’t say that when what we’ve unearthed is corruption and malfeasance at the highest levels of the Justice Department.
There was a plot at the top of the FBI to entrap Michael Flynn. Even when there was no evidence of Russian collusion, no evidence that he had lied to the FBI agents who interviewed him, or any evidence that would warrant speaking to Flynn as part of a counterintelligence probe, the FBI still went ahead with their heinous plan. James Comey and Andrew McCabe were out to get Flynn no matter what. The 302 report on Flynn was changed and altered by those who weren’t even at the interview. That’s outside department policy, but the anti-Trump elements in DC wanted a scalp.
The liberal media considered it nutty talk to suggest a conspiracy against Flynn. They’re wrong. Flynn’s lawyer said in October that new documents would reveal such a plot. It’s now a reality. So, in essence, the 2,000 clowns who signed this letter are the real traitors. They’re just unhappy that we have a real attorney general unmasking their plots and airing their dirty laundry they thought they could hide under a Clinton presidency. Remember, folks, she was supposed to win (via ABC News):
We’re lucky they are former. I don’t want them anywhere near the Justice Department. https://t.co/UGUN23iFtx

It was awfully nice of them to put in one place a list of corrupt, lawless hacks who have no business serving in government ever again. https://t.co/rHSSIMbg7n

Nearly 2000 former Justice Department officials have signed onto a letter calling for Attorney General William Barr to resign over what they describe as his improper intervention in the criminal case of former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn.
Last week, the DOJ moved to drop charges against Flynn who had pleaded guilty twice to lying to the FBI about his contacts with the former Russian ambassador during the presidential transition.
The letter, signed mostly by former career officials in the department, accuses Barr of joining with President Trump in "political interference in the Department’s law enforcement decisions."
[…]
The federal judge in the case as of Monday morning had not yet responded to the DOJ filing.
The letter is the latest in a wave of backlash among former officials to the DOJ's surprise reversal in the Flynn case.
Barr has said he supported dropping the charges based on a recommendation from the U.S. attorney from the Eastern District of Missouri Jeffrey Jensen, who was tasked by Barr with reviewing how FBI agents handled their interview of Flynn at the White House in January 2017.
The keyword here is “former.” Trump, Barr, and the rest don’t have to listen to what these clowns have to say—and they won’t. We won, and they lost. It’s rather disturbing that so many officials were okay with executing a malicious prosecution against a Trump official based on the fact that they simply didn’t like the outcome of the 2016 election. Actually, no—I’m not surprised, but that letter is an indication of how Obama ran his DOJ. It was corrupt, ruthless, and was not queasy of violating constitutional rights to ensnare people they didn’t like. There were a lot of bad cops then. There are still too many there. With Flynn, the Russia collusion nonsense, and now obvious election meddling the FBI undertook during the 2016 election, it’s time to clean house.
