For the Left, facts don’t matter because they’re morally right. And I guess physical violence is part of that too. If someone is a dirty Trump supporter or a conservative, punch him or her in the face. That’s exactly what happened to this conservative who ventured onto Berkeley’s campus only to be physically assaulted by liberals. The victim’s name is Hayden Williams, a field representative for the Leadership Institute, who was on campus helping to recruit students to join Turning Points USA. Berkeley is an illiberal bastion. They only want free speech to those who adhere to a certain progressive and authoritarian ethos, I guess. They rioted when Milo Yiannopoulos and Ann Coulter were invited to speak on campus. It’s ridiculous. And here we have just abject violence because some people have a different view on the issues. Campus Reform, LI’s media wing, has more [Warning: graphic language]:
Video footage obtained exclusively by Campus Reform shows Hayden Williams, a Leadership Institute field representative, was punched multiple times by an unidentified person calling him a “racist...b*tch." The Leadership Institute is Campus Reform's parent organization. At the time of the incident, the alleged victim was helping students recruit other conservatives for Turning Point USA behind a table with a sign that read, "hate crime hoaxes hurt real victims,” a reference to the Jussie Smollett case in Chicago.

But at least twice, the situation turned violent and now, police are asking for help in identifying the suspects.
“Mother f*cker. You racist little inbred b*tch. C**t!,” the man who punched the alleged victim shouted.
At one point, the same man said he would "shoot" Williams.
A UC-Berkeley spokesman confirmed with Campus Reform on Wednesday that the incident is currently under investigation.
In other footage obtained by Campus Reform, another person, also unidentified, approached the students, claiming they were “encouraging violence.” Williams told Campus Reform that as the physical confrontations took place, a number of onlookers simply watched.
“Some students nearby tabling were laughing, even one guy was smiling while I was being attacked and trying to hand me his flyer as a joke,” the alleged victim said. “The idea is free speech has consequences.... which include you getting assaulted if they find you promoting ideas others don't agree with.”
I mean, as I said, you all know Berkeley is a liberal cesspool and California as a whole is just trash, but for an ideology that supposedly values diversity, tolerance, and likes to tout their learned ways in front of everyone, it’s quite ironic to see that words failed them because some conservative was rightfully questioning the Jussie Smollett fiasco. Yes, it was all a hoax. The actor who starred on “Empire” orchestrated his assault, he was charged for it, and now the liberal media can eat another healthy helping of humble pie. Smollett had alleged that two white men wearing red hats punched him, threw bleach on him, and put a rope around his neck. We later found out that the “attackers” were actually two Nigerian brothers, who knew Smollett; one was an extra on “Empire” while the other was his former personal trainer. They were reportedly paid by Smollett and did rehearsals. Oh, and there’s video footage of them buying the materials for the hate crime hoax.
As for this Berkeley assault, there is an investigation that’s underway.
