McCain, it could also help Palin's political career, going forward, should McCain lose.

... Tomorrow, Colin Powell will be on Meet The Press, where he is expected to endorse a candidate for president.  An endorsement of Barack Obama -- which seems the most likely scenario -- would be a considerable boost to Obama.

Oh yeah, and the Red Sox are playing Tampa Bay...
