Remembering Rep. Jennifer Dunn

Former Congresswoman Jennifer Dunn passed away last night.  Known as a trailblazer, she served as Chair of the WA GOP, and was the first woman to serve on the House Republican leadership team.  In 1998, Dunn challenged Dick Armey for Majority Leader -- the first woman to seek this post.

From a personal perspective, I met Dunn in 1999.  At the time, I would have guessed she was forty years old.  She passed away at the age of 66, still too young, but she didn't look a day over fifty.

She is remembered as a class act.
