No more nicey-nice awkward pseudo-hand-holding for St. Cindy, no sirree.

dedicated to her own defeat, taking on a 20-year incumbent after having alienated the Left, the Right, theanti-war,  and generally everyone but those dedicated few who helped her bury her uterus in Crawford:

Sheehan said she will run against the San FranciscoDemocrat in 2008 as an independent if Pelosi does not seek by July 23to impeach Bush. That's when Sheehan and her supporters are to arrivein Washington, D.C., after a 13-day caravan and walking tour startingnext week from the group's war protest site near Bush's Crawford ranch.

"Democrats and Americans feel betrayed by the Democraticleadership," Sheehan told The Associated Press. "We hired them to bringan end to the war. I'm not too far from San Francisco, so it wouldn'tbe too big of a move for me. I would give her a run for her money."

I'm looking forward to the match-up. I wonder if Cindy would let me on her bus when she pulls into D.C.
