How Will You Get to Syria, Nancy?

Nancy and other representatives-- three Republicans among them-- are takin' it to Assad's house this week to chat.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's scheduled visit to Syria tomorrow drew strong criticism again from the White House today, despite the fact that three Republican congressmen went to Syria yesterday.

"It sends the wrong message to have high level U.S. officials go over there to have photo opportunities that Assad then exploits," said White House spokeswoman Dana Perino.

While in Israel, before departing for Syria, Pelosi promised to "mention" the matter of three hostage Israeli soldiers-- held by Hezbollah and Palestine-- to Assad.

But Karol wonders how Nancy will get into Syria, traveling from Israel-- er, "Occupied Palestine."
