Nifong Shuts Press Out of Swearing-In Ceremony in Durham

My dad was there, with camera in hand, but Nifong predictably shut the media out.

The gaggle of press-types later caught him in the courthouse, but he wouldn't comment on the Duke lacrosse case. I think my dad will have video soon.
