Now, this kind of thing is a huge P.R. gamble. There's much to lose and not a lot to gain, so I'm not sure why a high-level government official signs on for it. After all, if you win, it's just a game, and you were expected to win anyway. If you lose, though, it's a news story for a whole cycle.
