Hillary Clinton appears to have finally figured out winning the Electoral College is what makes one president, urging Democrats on Monday to choose a candidate who can do so.
Democrats need to win in 2020, she said, telling the crowd that they should "work hard for your preference in the primary" but ultimately to support the candidate who is nominated.
"Do not let anyone you know vote third party," she said.
Clinton's advice was roundly criticized on Twitter.

So that popular vote thing? She’s finally dropping it? I mean, it’s only been 3 years so she can hang on a bit longer if she wants.— SocalBryan (@bryan_socal) November 5, 2019
