Obama Would Agree with Sununu: Yeah, There’s a Laziness in Me

On MSNBC Thursday, Andrea Mitchell asked John Sununu what he thought of the debate. His answer appalled and stunned her: “What people saw last night was a president that revealed his incompetence, how lazy and detached he is and how he absolutely no idea how serious the economic problems of the country are and how he has failed to even begin to address them.”

Mitchell couldn’t believe he described the president as lazy and even asked him later during the interview if he’d like the chance to “take it back.” Sorry Andrea, it looks like Sununu nailed it on the head:

In a 2011 interview Barbara Walters asks the president, “What’s the trait you most deplore in yourself and the trait you most deplore in others?” Obama promptly responds:  “Laziness.”

Debate prep is such a drag.
