With support for the bill still uncertain, Mulvaney told GOP lawmakers Thursday that President Donald Trump would demand a Friday vote on the bill and said if House Republicans will not fall in line, the president is prepared to leave Obamacare in place and move on to other legislative priorities.
MULVANEY: if the AHCA vote fails, nation is stuck w Obamacare. In other words, trump is done. Negotiations are over.

Yesterday the White House denied allowing Obamacare to collapse is plan b should AHCA fail, but refusing to offer an alternative leaves collapse as the only option. President Trump has repeatedly said simply allowing the bill to collapse would be unfair to the American people, who have suffered tremendously under Obamacare.
