John Kerry: Media Shouldn't Show Tea Party Views

Ah the Left, always so tolerant. Free speech for me but not for thee.

Democratic Senator and former Presidential Candidate John Kerry apparently is perfectly okay with limiting the First Amendment rights of tea party Americans. In the following clip, Kerry calls for the silencing of the tea party simply because he disagrees with their views.

"I have to tell you, I say this to you politely, the media in America has a bigger responsibilty than it's exercising today. The media has got to begin to not give equal time or equal balance to an absolutely absurd notion just because somebody asserts it."

Note to Kerry: The tea party doesn't need the mainstream media to get their message across.
