House Republicans just gave a press conference regarding ongoing debt ceiling talks with the White House. Speaker Boehner made clear House Republicans will not raise taxes as part of a deal, and asked once again for President Obama to a concrete plan forward. Boehner also made clear they are nowhere near reaching a deal on this issue.
