UPDATE: NPR "Outraged" Over Schiller Comments

NPR Media Correspondent David Folkenflik is taking to Twitter to express outrage over comments made by NPR President Ron Schiller calling tea party members "racist, racist people" during an undercover operation.

See my post below for details. Folkenflik says the following statements are from Dana Davis Rehm, NPR's SVP for communications & external relations.

"We are appalled by the comments made by [NPR foundation president] Ron Schiller in the video, which are contrary to what NPR stands for," David Folkenflik, NPR media correspondent, posted on Twitter, attributing the comments to the news organization.

However, Folkenflik also posted:

“The fraudulent org... in this video repeatedly pressed us to accept a $5m check, w no strings attached, which we repeatedly refused"
