Trey Terry, research director for the Jesse Kelly campaign in Arizona's Congressional District 8, posted a picture of a billboard in Tombstone, Ariz. Kelly beat former State Sen. Jonathan Paton in the primary two weeks ago and is now battling Incumbent Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords for the House seat.
