Ted Cruz Wins Wyoming

Ted Cruz has won the Wyoming Republican primary.  Marco Rubio placed second and Donald Trump placed third.  John Kasich received zero votes.  It is projected that Cruz will receive nine delegates and Trump and Rubio will each receive one.
