Cleaning House

Cleaning House
Wondering what to do about welfare, marriage, red tape, federalism, civil justice, terrorists, immigration, or seventeen other policy issues facing our nation today? The Heritage Foundation gets at them all with their monumental "

Solutions for America," which provides policy advice on just about everything for lawmakers and the people who elect them.
The policies articulated in Solutions for America are calculated to make that vision a reality, to build an America where freedom, opportunity, prosperity, and civil society flourish anew.
It's the policy equivalent of Clean House on the Style network, where super-cleaners barge in  and clean up a house that is in a hopeless state of disrepair. Without trying to degrade Heritage's very excellent plan, Clean House has some strikingly similar goals — albeit on much smaller scale.
Each week, one cluttered clan puts itself at the mercy of host Niecy Nash and her crew of interior designers and organizers. They decide what stays and, more importantly, what goes--by way of a giant yard sale. Then they turn around and pour the proceeds into a much-needed home makeover.
I'd like to humbly suggest that Heritage to take their plan to reality TV. I volunteer to be the first show host.
