With a two-thirds majority vote needed in the House and Senate and ratification by three-fourths of the states -- and the obvious problem that power-hungry politicians will kill this thing faster than a fly on their Committee room debate table -- the resolution is clearly going nowhere.

But that doesn't mean it's not fun, or awesome. I've had a longstanding belief that term limits would fix many of our political ills, and it's good to see someone standing up for it.
