Obama: Biden Lacks Discipline, Can't Keep His Mouth Shut

Newsweek journalist Richard Wolffe quotes a senior Obama aid saying that the President is "distracted" by Joe Biden, because the VP "can't keep his mouth shut." Apparently, Obama thinks Biden lacks discipline, and was uncomfortable with his comments over Valerie Jarrett, Obama's pick to fill his Senate seat in Illinois after he became President.
